They're required to complete this within 24 hours of the visit. Among other data, information gathered includes employee helpfulness, business owner/employee expertise, ease of doing business, cleanliness, product or service availability and the customer satisfaction policy.
Internet Research- LA's Best check the internet for the online presence of the businesses. Are the website offerings consistent with the brick and mortar offerings? Are comments from patrons posted?
Customer Service Ratings- The Better Business Bureau, exit and magazine surveys and internet sites provide the material for customer service ratings.
